Share in The HERD is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a Gold Seal of Transparency from Guidestar. This award demonstrates to donors that their giving is being stewarded with integrity.
Where do your donations go?
Share in The HERD actively support non-profit organizations that are starting up new programs or services in communities that are under served. We are passionate about extending the reach of Equine-Facilitated Learning and Psychotherapy to people from all walks of life. We are also committed to supporting students who are new to the field and/or those who are looking to develop their existing skills through certifications and trainings. Share in the HERD have a list of approved providers that we partner with to offer scholarships for this purpose. In the process of connecting with people offering these services, we believe that a collaborative approach to research can be developed. These connections will form the backdrop from which new research can emerge. We hope that through this three pronged approach to supporting the field of Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy and Learning, we can build a community of like-minded scholars and practitioners that will enhance, energize, and enrich the lives of all those we serve.
How can we help you?
Share in the HERD offers grants and scholarships towards three main areas:

3) Research grants towards collaborative research endeavors that further the credibility of the field of Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy and Learning.
We are in the process of finalizing our grant and scholarship applications process. Please be patient and check back regularly to keep informed of our progress!
